Can I just have one session and decide after that if I want more?
Yes of course. Just let the counsellor know when you are contacted.
Can I bring my child?
I'm afraid this is not possible. Counselling is a confidential service between yourself and the counsellor only. It is not appropriate for your child to hear issues you discuss. We also do not have any crèche facilities.
What if I can’t make my session?
A contact telephone number will be given to you. Please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 2 hours before the session time.
What if my partner cannot or does not want to attend all sessions?
This needs to be discussed with your counsellor, but there shouldn't be a problem in continuing your sessions alone.
Will the counsellor take notes during our sessions.
No. Our counsellors offer you complete confidentiality, so notes are not kept.
When do I pay?
Payment of the session is made at the start of each session or as a 6-session block booking in advance. This can be discussed when our counsellor contacts you.
How much does it cost?
Each session is £40 for 50 minutes.
When do I pay for face-to-face counselling?
You need to pay the counsellor at the beginning of your session
How do I pay for Skype/Facetime counselling?
Payment via Paypal needs to be made a minimum of 2 hours before your session.
